How to Setup IPTV on MAG Box & STB Emulator
MAG set-top boxes use a portal-based system rather than apps: instead of entering a username and password, you register your box's MAC address with us and enter a portal URL. Once configured, the box loads your entire channel list automatically every time it boots.
What You Need
- MAG 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 349, 420 or compatible box
- Box connected to your TV via HDMI and to the internet
- Your MAC address sent to our team in advance

Installation Steps

Find your MAC address
The MAC address is printed on a sticker underneath the MAG box and also appears on screen during boot. It looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Send it to us on WhatsApp before configuring anything — we must register it on our server first.

Connect the box
Plug the MAG box into your television via HDMI and connect it to the internet using Ethernet (recommended) or Wi-Fi. Power it on and wait for the main menu.

Open the portal settings
Navigate to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. This is where the box stores the address it loads your channels from.

Enter the portal URL
Set Portal 1 Name to “Atlantic IPTV” and Portal 1 URL to the address we sent you on WhatsApp. Leave Portal 2 empty unless you hold a second subscription.

Save and reboot
Save the settings and restart the box. On reboot it connects to the portal and loads your full channel list, VOD libraries and program guide automatically.

Using STB Emulator on Android instead
Install STB Emulator from the Play Store, open it and note the MAC address displayed. Tap the top-right corner → Settings → Profiles → Test portal.

Set the STB model
Choose STB Model and select MAG 250 (or the model you wish to emulate), then open Portal settings and enter your portal URL.

Set screen resolution
Choose Screen Resolution and select 1280×720, or higher if your connection exceeds 16 Mbps. Exit the app completely and restart it to load your channel list.

Pro Tips for MAG Box
- Always send your MAC address before setup — the portal will not load until it is registered
- Use Ethernet on MAG hardware; its Wi-Fi adapters are weaker than modern streaming sticks
- If the portal fails to load, reboot the box before contacting support — it resolves most cases
- Keep the MAG firmware updated via Settings → Software Update
