How to Setup IPTV on Enigma2 & Formuler Receivers
Enigma2 receivers (Vu+, Zgemma, Dreambox) and Formuler Z-series boxes are favourites among enthusiasts because of their stability and deep customisation. Formuler boxes use the excellent MyTVOnline player, while classic Enigma2 receivers load an M3U playlist through the web interface.
What You Need
- Formuler Z8/Z10/Z11 or an Enigma2 receiver (Vu+, Zgemma, Dreambox)
- Box connected to your network by Ethernet or Wi-Fi
- Your computer on the same network for Enigma2 uploads
- Your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials from WhatsApp

Installation Steps

Formuler — open MyTVOnline
From the Formuler home screen launch MyTVOnline 2 or 3 (pre-installed). This is the native player and the fastest route to your channel list.

Formuler — add a portal
Choose Add Portal, select Xtream Codes API or M3U, then enter a portal name along with the server URL, username and password we sent on WhatsApp.

Formuler — load the guide
Confirm and wait while the box downloads bouquets and EPG data. This typically takes one to two minutes on first setup.

Enigma2 — find your box IP
On classic Enigma2 receivers go to Menu → Information → Network and note the local IP address (for example 192.168.1.50).

Enigma2 — upload the playlist
Type that IP address into a browser on your computer to open the web interface, then use the IPTV/Bouquet upload section to submit the M3U URL. Reload bouquets when prompted and the channels appear in your normal channel list.

Set the buffer
In MyTVOnline open Settings → Player and increase the buffer slightly if you notice stutter on high-bitrate 4K channels.

Enable auto-start
Configure the box to launch MyTVOnline automatically at boot so the receiver goes straight to live TV when powered on.

Organise bouquets
Hide unused country bouquets and create a favourites list — with 90+ bouquets available this makes daily navigation far quicker.

Yes. Formuler Z-series boxes run Android, so you can install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate from the Play Store if you prefer them to MyTVOnline.
Only 4K-capable models such as the Vu+ Uno 4K, Zgemma H9 series and Formuler Z11. Older HD-only receivers are limited to 1080p streams.
Reload the bouquets from the web interface, then restart the Enigma2 GUI (Menu → Standby/Restart → Restart GUI). If they still do not appear, send us your box model on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it.
